French Alumni’s Digital Platform in Singapore Officially Launched!

France Alumni Singapore was launched during a reception held at the Residence of France, in the presence of Mr. Zainudin Nordin, president of the Football Association of Singapore and French Alumni Singapore.

170 guests, alumni, former scholarship holders and representatives of International Relations attended the event.

In his speech, Ambassador Dubertret emphasized on how important it is for France to keep in touch with foreign students who pursued their studies in France and added : “the French Embassy in Singapore will do its best to invigorate the platform and to propose different events, both professional and festive.”

Note that the first contest is already online. As part of the 2nd edition of Good France, to be held on 21 March 2016, members have the opportunity to win an invitation for two people to a prestigious dinner organized by the French Embassy.

The Ambassador encouraged alumni to register on the platform : https://www.singapour.campusfrance.org/france-alumni-singapore. This free registration will give access to complete information such as job offers or thematic groups while being connected with schoolmates.

Strengthening the link with France for French alumni living in Singapore

France Alumni is made up of former students who are sharing a common interest: France. Not only will they find information about cultural and scientific French events in Singapore, but they will also be able to become part of the community.

Adding value to the studies in France

France Alumni Singapore identifies and offers targeted training and job offers from French companies based in Singapore. Bolloré Logistics (SDV), gold sponsor of the launch, has already publicized 2 job opportunities.
