VR & Transmedia: the French Touch in Singapore [fr]

From 7th to 9th of December, during the Asia TV Forum & Market, the Embassy of France and Institut Français presented « VR & transmedia: the French Touch », a showcase to experience innovative contents.

For several years, French producers have been creating, inventing and spreading new know-hows, of which their innovation is famous worldwide: from web-documentary to Virtual Reality, from transmedia to « new writings ». How does the digital culture enrich cinema, television and video games ? This sector of activity is today extending beyond an experimental stage by producing works that reach an international audience.

Conferences were on 7-8 December with French producers and managers concerned by the future of audiovisual creation. Mr Chee Hong Tat, Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information at visited the French VR & Transmedia space with H.E Benjamin Dubertret, Ambassador of France to Singapore and Guillaume Duchemin, Regional audiovisual attaché for South East Asia.
