COP 21 - Opening

The French Embassy gathered about 30 people among the diplomatic and climate communities on Monday 30 November to watch the live streaming of the opening of the 2015 Paris Climate Conference/ COP 21.
The President of the Republic, Mr. François Hollande, the Secretary-General of the U.N., Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as President of the COP, Mr. Laurent Fabius, gave opening speeches. 150 Heads of State and Government were gathered for this historic moment to pledge their support to the success of the COP.
