On 21 March, thousands of restaurants in 150 countries will participate in Goût de France - Good France all around the world, an occasion to unite people around the common values of sharing and enjoyment in a planet-friendly and healthy way. As we share the same love and pleasure of food, let’s celebrate it proudly together.

Chefs from all over the world will cook on the same day, in several world cities, to pay tribute to the excellence of French cuisine and highlight the values French cuisine embodies: sharing, pleasure and… hearty appetite. It opens the ways to intercultural exchanges and innovation!

Last year, Singapore has been chosen has one of the strategic countries for the launch of Good France alongside New York, London, Johannesburg and Mexico and 8 restaurants in Singapore took part in this wonderful celebration.

This year, seven restaurants will take part in Good France in 2019 to propose you again a menu showcasing France’s culinary traditions.

Bistrot Mademoiselle
