French President François Hollande to deliver the 40th Singapore Lecture [fr]


While on his state visit to Singapore, Mr. François Hollande, President of the French Republic, will deliver on 27th March 2017 the 40th Singapore Lecture, titled "France and Singapore, Strategic Partners in a Fast-Changing World".

The Lecture will be held under the distinguished Chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam.

Organized by the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS) - Yusof Ishak Institute, the Singapore Lecture is one of the intellectual highlights of Singapore. It provides an opportunity for distinguished statesmen and leaders to reach a wider audience in Singapore. The presence of such eminent personalities will allow members of the civil service, business community, diplomatic corps, academic community, media, and other interested parties, the opportunity to hear from leading world figures speak on topics of international and regional interest.
